Cookbook Review: Michael Symon's 5 in 5 for every season

When I was first offered this book, I grabbed it instantly. I have always enjoyed Michael Symon and have watched him cook for years. The fact that is also from Ohio didn't hurt.

This book is wonderful. Each meal, or side dish, is made with 5 ingredients. Symon also breaks the recipes into seasons with a page at the beginning of the season introducing the recipes that are to be found in that section. The recipes are very easy to follow and the photographs of the food made me want to jump into the page to devour them immediately.

In total there are 165 recipes in this book including smoothies, appetizers and holiday food. Anyone that enjoys cooking seasonally would enjoy this book.

I was giving this book by Blogging for Books in exchange for my honest review.
