Healing With Raw Foods is a beautiful resource for people that are interested in using raw food to help the body. Presented by the different parts that the food heals, it has recipes written by Jenny Ross, a holistic chef.
Each of the recipes are easy to follow and many have color pictures of the food to be a guide of what the final product should look like. When talking about raw food, Ross includes recipes for dehydrating and sprouting foods. This means that many of the recipes take a while to prepare.
Even though some of the recipes may appear in different publications, it is nice to have one place to turn to in order to find recipes that are needed.
