The title, Your Sacred Yes: Trading Life-Draining Obligations for Freedom, Passion and Joy, struck my heart. I have always been the one that would volunteer for things or could not say no when asked to do things. All this led to was frustrations and stress. This book helps to address this from a biblical viewpoint. It is not a lecture though, Susie Larson uses humor and the Bible to help discover how to say no without feeling guilty, look for God's path for you and to distinguish between God's invitation and man-made.I love this book and I have started implementing it into my life.
