Book Review: Whistling Women

This book is set during the 1935 San Diego World's Fair. Included at this fair is a nudist colony. I don't think that I was aware of this at the time I requested it, but this book lets the reader know what it is like, especially in 1935.

Even though nudity is part of the story the people in the book are what make it beautiful. There is one character which wants to re-connect with her sister and nieces. The characters are very well developed and the reading was smooth and easy to read.

I felt for each of the characters, which to me, makes a book worth reading.

I was given this book by NetGalley and Lake Union Publishing in exchange for my honest review.
