This is a collection of four short stories by Colum McCann. Each is as good as the others. The characters are all well-developed, which does not always happen with short stories.McCann has such a lyrical way of writing that help to keep the reader involved in these dark stories. It was so wonderful to see where each of the stories was heading, even if the characters did not.
I would recommend this collection to everyone. I was given this book by NetGalley and Random House Publishing in exchange for my honest review.
