Book Review: Temperance's Trials

Hallee Bridgeman did it again. This book, Temperance's Trials, the first in the Virtues and Valor Series takes place during World War II.  After Melissa Gilbert's father is taken away by the Gestapo for suspicion of aiding Jewish children, she and her brother run.

Melissa joins a group called the Virtues which is made up of a group of ladies that each have special skills. Melissa, now with the code name Temperance learns how to run a wireless then heads back to France.

This book is written, very well, from Melissa's point of view. Bridgeman know how to make a book a book that has just the right amount of excitement and always leaves me saying, "I can't wait for more."

I was given this book by bookfun.org in exchange for my honest review.
