Book Review: Food52: Genius Recipes

Product DetailsBook52: Genius Recipes
This book states on its cover "100 recipes that will change the way you cook." This is an interesting claim to live up to. It is full of wonderful recipes divided into: breakfast; snacks and drinks; soups and salads; meaty mains; meatless mains; and vegetables. Each of these is filled with recipes that taste as good as they sound.

When I first received this book from Blogging for Books, I felt like it was a coffee table book. The pictures and pages are of such high quality. Then I looked at the recipes closely and saw that each one is very do-able. So I tried a few and they did not disappoint.

The editor, Kristen Miglore, who has the blog Food52, gathered together some of the best of the best as far as recipes and cooks.

For anyone that loves to spend time in the kitchen making recipes that will enthrall the entire family, this recipe book is for you. Or if you just like to look and dream.

I was given this book by Blogging for Books for my honest review.
