Five Little Ducklings Go To School, by Carol Roth, is such a cute story. It is the first day of school and most of the ducks are excited and cheering, however, one little on is not happy at all. It doesn't want to be separated from its Mama. When she reassures it, they all head off and find out that "School is great!"I loved the story, it showed children that they may not all be thrilled at the thought of separation from other, by trying new things they may discover that it is not so bad after all.
The illustrations, by Sean Julian, are colorful, bright and so much fun, I can see children wanting to read this book again and again.
