Pickin' Peas, by Margaret Read MacDonald, such a cute story. Children would enjoy the illustrations, by Pat Cummings, as they are listening to the story.The story tells about a girl and a rabbit, out picking peas. They have different ways of picking them. She places hers in the pail while the rabbit eats his. The girl catches the rabbit, and places him in a box, at her home. Now what will happen.
I felt like the flow of the story was nice and entertaining.
I would recommend this to parents and children alike.
