Cookbook review: Seven Spoons by Tara O'Brady

Seven Spoons, by Tara O'Brady, first attracted my attention with the figs on the cover. Then when I saw the subtitle, My Favorite Recipes for Any and Every Day, I knew this was a cookbook I would enjoy.

The recipes in this book are easy to follow and calls for easy to find ingredients, which do not cost an arm and leg to purchase. Within this book is a recipe for a Berried Breakfast Batter-Style Cobbler, Avocado Toast, Halloumi in Chermoula and Za'atar Chicken and Roasted Vegetable Salad.

Tara O'Brady is the blogger behind Seven Spoons, plus she writes for Uppercase magazine and other publications. She comes from Indian ancestors and she is married to an Irishman. They both enjoy cooking with spices and savory foods.

For anyone that would enjoy trying foods from a variety of backgrounds, I would highly recommend this book.

I was given this book by Blogging for books in exchange for my honest review.
