Cookbook review: Blue Ribbon Canning

I have been canning food for all of my married life, 36 years. I can see that this book, Blue Ribbon Canning, by Linda S. Amendt, could be the go to resource for anyone that is either interested in canning or has been doing it for years.

Amendt leads the reader through the equipment needed, the different types of canning, and actual recipes for all types of preserving food.

This book includes bright, colorful pictures that draws the reader into the book. There was also biographies of some people that can and preserve the food. And there are tip boxes on pages to help make the experience the best possible.

Great book. I was given this book by NetGalley in exchange for my honest review.
