In the very first chapter he helps to make the role of a small group leader more clear. He also talks about personal challenges and spiritual concerns. He helped me to see that I do not need to be the perfect leader or be all knowledgeable about the Bible. His tips are easy to understand and to implement. He also includes short small group studies.
I felt that this book was very helpful and I believe the tips given can be used by any leader of a Bible group.
