I received this journal in the mail not know whether I would enjoy it or not. Well, the suspense was soon over, I loved it. Each page in the journal has a short little prompt with the rest of the page free for writing, drawing, coloring or whatever the writer may desire. Each page is sturdy enough to allow for a variety of creativity.
There are over 300 entries in the book with topics like "Something that brings you into the moment,"
"a windfall," "Something best when it is cold."
As you can tell by these prompts the creativity can then take over.
