Book Review: Feeling Great

Feeling Great helps the reader discover ways to feel new levels of optimism and contentment.  The authors explain some of the reasons why a person stops feeling these things and the steps to take to get there again. The book is filled with antidotes and ideas, such as meditation or relaxing several times a day.

This book was given to me by NetGalley and HCI books in exchange for my honest review.
