I received a sample of this book to review. From what I saw, it looked like I had some of the recipes from the first section,   "Indigenous, Native and Early American." The recipes and the pictures were wonder and the steps for the unusual foods were easy to follow. I look forward to the official release so that I may purchase this book and try some of the other recipes from this book.

I recommend this book with anyone with a curiosity for new, to you, recipes.

Book Review: Abingdon Press Christian Living Preview Sampler

This sampler has a variety of readings, including some on organization, animal stories, devotions and more.

I enjoy reading samplers so I can get an idea of the works that will be coming out in the next season. Abingdon Press is one of my favorites. They always seem to know the topics that I need at the time I need them.

Book Review: Fabulous Fiction Sampler

There are times when I receive samplers and I am not thrilled about the content, however, this is not one of those. There was not one sample that I did not like. The authors in this book include Erica James, Veronica Henry, Liz Fenwick, Ella Griffin, Fanny Blake and Cathy Kelly.

Some of these authors were new to me and others felt like reading a friends work. Each of the samples left me wanting to read the entire book and I probably will end up doing just that.

I enjoy reading these sampler books. They help me decide what books I may want to read. This is filled with many books of adventure, mystery and romance. A little something for everyone.
