The Yoga Lifestyle by Doron Hanoch

I enjoy yoga as a way to revitalize my body and mind. This book is a wonderful resource for yoga. It gives guidelines to help build success physically, spiritually and emotionally. While doing this it does not give impossible directions. Everything is in simplified format which can be fit into life easily by making as few or as many changes as is desired. I highly recommend this book
I was given this book by the publisher in exchange for my honest review. All opinions and words are my own.

Book Review: Good Morning, Yoga

This is a lovely book for a parent and child to share together. It is more than a story, it is also a way to introduce a child to the ways that yoga can help them to begin their day. I feel like this is a wonderful book to have on hand. The movements and the illustrations are both soothing and beautiful.

I was given this book by NetGalley and Sounds True Publishers in exchange for my honest review.

Book Review: Bar Stool Yoga

Bar Stool Yoga is such an imaginative book. I love the way these ladies have taken 40 traditional yoga poses and adapted them to use while on a bar stool. The entire time they share how yoga and alcohol should not mix.

Each pose goes step-by-step in telling the reader how to complete this pose on a bar stool. Then they show the traditional pose. They also include happy hour hints for each pose along with an Ask Your Bartender For... section.

I also loved the way that I could easily understand everything they were sharing and, even though I do not drink alcohol, I could see myself doing these moves at home, on a bar stool.

I cannot say enough good about this book.
