This book has come into my life at the perfect time. I am sure God placed this in my sight knowing what I am going through. I was on a sleeping aid for years which made me sleep-eat. I got off of this aid but the damage has been done. I like this book because she has gone through a weight issue and she combine advice, and stories with Bible verses. This is a very encouraging book.
I was given this book by Bethany House Publishing in exchange for my honest review. The opinions are my own.

Jenna Wolfe is a very inspirational health and wellness expert. In addition she is a certified personal trainer and a mom.

This is a lovely book for a parent and child to share together. It is more than a story, it is also a way to introduce a child to the ways that yoga can help them to begin their day. I feel like this is a wonderful book to have on hand. The movements and the illustrations are both soothing and beautiful.
This a good book to look at how good health is important not only for our body, but our soul and spirit. The author, Beni Johnson, shares her own tale about health and the journey she has taken. Johnson also reminds us that the body we have was given to us by God, so we should take care of it.
The Quest for Wellness is a good resource to keep on one's bookshelf or at hand on their bed side table. Each of the tips within this book are practical and they are not difficult to follow. The author is not just spouting words but he has put the words in action as he has followed them himself to build himself up physically, emotionally, intellectually and spiritually. I feel like by following his advice, it will not hurt, but will definitely help me to become better, in just 90 minutes a day.
