Deborah, Ruth, Abigail, Esther....Wicked women of the bible? I thought that Ann Spangler was imagining things until I read the chapters in the book. This book is made up of twenty chapters and each one makes a good Bible study, either for an individual or as a group. The end of each story has a "Takeaway" section which has encouragements for reflection and discussion.I loved this book. I think it is interesting to find a little bit more about each person in the Bible, so this book fit with me very well. I could tell that Ann Spangler researches her topics well and then she is able to place her knowledge into a readable format.
